Veeam Cloud Connect
Have you considered how your organization would recover data if your primary backups were infected by ransomware? Or what would happen if a fire occurred at your primary backup location? A secondary backup location, also known as an off-site backup, is a critical component of a comprehensive data protection strategy. Interconnect provides complete support to help you implement this essential layer of security.
Backup off-site at Interconnect
Backups created at your local site are automatically and securely transferred to Interconnect’s sovereign cloud environment, which is hosted in our own datacenters located in Eindhoven and ’s-Hertogenbosch. You can restore your backups to your local infrastructure at any time. This solution is simple to set up, especially if you are already using Veeam servers on-site.
The Benefits of Veeam Cloud Connect
- With Veeam Cloud Connect, organizations are assured that all data is stored exclusively within the Netherlands. Interconnect securely stores your data in one of its datacenters located in ’s-Hertogenbosch and Eindhoven, ensuring compliance with strict European privacy regulations.
- In the event of a disruption within the primary infrastructure, operations can be restored quickly without relying on on-premises backups, which may also be vulnerable to cyberattacks.
- Your backups are always 24/7 available. Maintenance of our own Veeam Infrastructure does not result in planned downtime.
- Simple to integrate with colocation in our datacenters. Do you currently use Interconnect's colocation services? Then your backup location will be created in a different datacenter than where your colocation is located. This way, the backup is saved to an external location.
